Zhang Tao, the deputy secretary of the CPC Qitaihe Municipal Committee and the mayor of Qitaihe, led a municipal government delegation to the 8th China International Import Expo in Shanghai to carry out targeted investment promotion and project matching activities. During the inspection, the delegation focused on cutting-edge industrial fields such as “biomedicine”, “clean energy” and “wind power generation”, and had extensive contacts and in-depth discussions with relevant enterprises, aiming to introduce new impetus and cultivate new engines for the high-quality economic development of Qitaihe City. On the afternoon of November 5th, Mayor Zhang Tao held a special meeting with Huang Chen, the Party Secretary and Chairman of Shanghai Electric Co., LTD. As the key developer of this project, Fanghao Group also participated in the exchange. The three parties conducted a comprehensive and in-depth discussion on jointly promoting the construction process of the 600,000-kilowatt wind power project. This meeting was highly productive. The three parties not only exchanged views on the key nodes in the project’s advancement but also further consolidated their consensus on cooperation and clarified the direction for the next steps of work. The three parties unanimously agreed to establish a closer and more regular communication and coordination mechanism to promptly address the difficulties and problems encountered in the project’s advancement and ensure the smooth implementation of this major clean energy project.
