Hou Yixin a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu\u2019en l\u2019espace de six mois seulement, la coop\u00e9ration avec Qitaihe \u00e9tait pass\u00e9e du stade de l\u2019intention \u00e0 celui de la concr\u00e9tisation et s\u2019\u00e9tait solidement enracin\u00e9e, ce qui refl\u00e9tait pleinement l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 du Comit\u00e9 municipal du Parti et du gouvernement municipal de Qitaihe. Fanghao, en tant que principal acteur de l\u2019investissement et de la construction, s\u2019efforcera de faire en sorte que le projet soit achev\u00e9 dans les meilleurs d\u00e9lais.
